Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain the services of an architecture or landscape architecture firm in the capacity of Prime Consultant supported by a team of internal personnel or multidisciplinary Sub-Consultants, for the provision of landscape architecture services for the rehabilitation of the parking lot at the Canadian National Vimy Memorial, as well as for the design of a new security kiosk located in Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. An optional site visit will be offered. Please refer to Section 5.3 and the annex titled “Optional Site Visit” for further details. This procurement will follow single-phase proposal submission process. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
