This requirement is to establish a number of Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO) for private lab emissions testing in accordance with the instructions supplied by the Vehicles and Engines Testing Emissions (VETEV) section of of Environment and Climate Change Canada 's (ECCC) Transportation Division (TD) for seven (7) different streams of engines and vehicles, in accordance with each Statement of Work. The engines used in testing could be new or used. A maximum of two (2) RISO's may be awarded per-stream.
