The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to, examination of the site, removal of existing structural steel, grinding off of existing welds, installation of new structural steel security screening, new framing angles, grating (welded mesh and expanded metal) and coating of existing/new components. Care must be taken to ensure quality workmanship which results in a high-quality finished product. The completion date set out in the contract is of critical importance to Public Services and Procurement Canada.
