    The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement to design, supply and deliver an accommodation heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit for the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) John P. Tully. The unit as specified will replace the existing HVAC system onboard and will be installed in the same compartment. The Contractor will not be responsible for installation, as the HVAC system will be installed by a selected ship repair company at a later date. This requirement is subject to the provisions of CFTA, CETA, WTO-AGP and CPTPP. Bilateral trade agreements include, Canada-Chile, Canada- Colombia, Canada Honduras, Canada-Korea, Canada-Panama, Canada-Peru, Canada-Ukraine, and Canada-United Kingdom. There is an optional bidders’ site visit associated with this requirement. Consult Part 2- Bidder Instructions.
