Due to the proprietary nature of the Westinghouse breakers and the 1960’s vintage, it has been determined that it would be cost prohibitive to completely change the current electrical distribution system. The breakers can be restored to a factory condition. The option to rebuild the breakers will greatly reduce downtime and extend the service life of this equipment until the Delhi Master Refurbishment Plan can be implemented and for an additional 15 years.
