The boats must be delivered on or before August 1, 2023. The contract includes up to 2 option boats, which the contracting authority may exercise within 12 months after contract award. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This procurement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
