Environment Canada has a requirement for 750,000 litres of coloured diesel and the Department of National Defence for 115,000 litres for a combined requirement of 865,000 litres of diesel fuel, in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.517-2020 (Latest Issue), Type A (P-50), Maximum Operability Cloud Point -43°C; Except minimum Flash Point of 43°C. Approval for additive, should it be required to obtain the fuel specified. Delivery is to be made via tank wagon into a Canadian Coast Guard vessel in Quebec City for furtherance to Eureka, Nunavut. Delivery is tentatively requested for loading week of June 20, 2023.
