Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires Construction Cost Consultants to provide independent third-party, building, site and infrastructure cost planning, estimating, and peer reviews for a number of projects located within National Capital Area (NCA), Ontario and Quebec provinces under Real Property Services (RPS) and Science and parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) project managers’ management. As a priority, these independent third-party services are intended to improve the accuracy and reliability of project cost estimates as these move through the project management process from initiation, planning, definition, execution to close out under PSPC project navigator framework. The third-party independent costing and management services will also include a wide range of additional quantity surveying assignments including the provision of expert advice, as required, and related tasks such as, but not limited to, benchmarking and target setting.
