Lighthouse Repairs Louisbourg. Project Description: The work of this contract comprises of the conservation of Louisbourg Lighttower, a Recognized Federal Heritage Building and Level II Resource within the Fortress of Louisbourg National Historic Site of Canada. In general, the work includes:
• Various types of historic concrete repairs.
• Scraping and cleaning of concrete surfaces.
• Recoating of the Lighttower.
• Interior and exterior demolition.
The Contractor must perform and complete the work within 40 weeks of award. Enquiries: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority using the Messages function in SAP Ariba. General Information: The estimated cost is between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000. Proposals must be submitted only via SAP Ariba by date and time indicated. All interested suppliers may submit a qualification submission. The RFP issuing office is: Atlantic Region Acquisitions. This office provides services in English. Proposals may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
