    PSPC intends to retain a Structural Marine Engineering Consultant, with the services of specialized subconsultants, to design and provide construction support for the replacement of wharf Structure 402 at the Louisbourg Small Craft Harbour (SCH), Nova Scotia. Louisbourg SCH is located in the town of Louisbourg on the eastern side of Cape Breton Island, approximately 30 minutes southeast of Sydney. Figure 1 shows the general location of Louisbourg SCH. The condition of Structure 402 has deteriorated to the point where DFO-SCH has elected to proceed with its replacement design.
