This project consists of reconstructing rooms 143 and 145 in the East Block. Redo the drywall, the ceiling, redo the ceiling moldings to match the existing ones. Patch and paint to match existing colors. Install electrical outlets and all other outlets and fixtures. Install the carpet which will be provided by PSPC. Redo the small kitchenette, some parts are in our possession and will be provided. A portion of a door frame needs to be repaired.
