The Office of the Veterans Ombud (OVO) is dedicated to reviewing complaints and advocating for fairness within Veterans Affairs Canada, aiming to support Veterans and their families. The purpose of this video production is to feature the recipients of the 2024 Veterans Ombud’s Commendation Award. These live-action videos will be showcased during a virtual commendation ceremony, posted on the OVO website and social media, and made available to regional media and nominating organizations. The content will include virtual interviews with the nominators, bringing a personal touch to each recipient's story. The contractor will produce up to eight one-minute bilingual videos in both Canadian English and French, depending on the final number of award recipients. iii.
