This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) seeks a qualified vendor to partner with FCC in:
Exploring options to maintain or transform the organization’s existing portfolio of 36,000+ loans that contain insurance policies, identifying any opportunities to optimize the administrative process, decreasing overall effort for FCC employees as well as operational risk.
- provides its customers access to a more comprehensive suite of insurance solutions that meet their diverse needs
- enables FCC’s frontline staff to effectively identify customer needs, position relevant offers, and seamlessly refer to external provider
- allows FCC to be in compliance with all Canadian laws and regulations, and does not require FCC to collect or store any personal health information
- optimizes operational efficiency for FCC’s frontline and back-office employees
- continues to be a profit generating offering
