Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consultant Services: SD250001 - Multidiscipline Architectural and Engineering Consultant Services – Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) -
CFB Suffield, Alberta
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to award two (2) Standing Offer Agreements (SOAs) to provide “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP.
The two (2) SOAs will be established to a maximum estimated value of $600,000.00 and $600,000.00 respectfully, each for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1)-year period and increased in the order of $300,000.00 and $300,000 respectively, for the additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 20,000.00 and $ 80,000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $100,000.00. Refer to the RFAP document for additional information.
Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System.
The selected consultant will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No. 1.
Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement. Proponents who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
