    Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Fort Frederick Tower Restoration, CFB Kingston Ontario.

    The evaluation for Step 1 of this RFQ process is complete, and, in accordance with Section 3.2.1 of the RFQ, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is only inviting the following Tenderers that met the mandatory requirements of Step 1 of this RFQ process to submit a Tender for the Fort Frederick Tower Restoration project located at CFB Kingston, Ontario:

    Tenderers are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.

    The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 1365 calendar days (approximately 45 months) after notification of contract award and must achieve Final Completion no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.

    A non-mandatory site visit will take place on February 24, 2026, at 10:00 EST. Interested Tenderers should meet at 4 Passchendale Drive, Kingston, ON.
