    Description
    BDC wishes to acquire a solution to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BDC Board, Committees and Senior Management governance and meetings, as well as communications, decision making, document management and other services related to such governance and meetings, including implementation and post-implementation services, which are described below. The solution must be offered in standard Software as a Service (SaaS) mode and must be able to connect with other cloud or on-premises applications where applicable.
