SUMMARY
Canada is seeking offers from Offerors for a Software Licensing Supply Arrangement (SLSA) for the delivery of various Off-the-shelf software licenses and related software maintenance and support services. The SLSA procurement vehicle will not be used to procure IT professional services, hardware, appliance solutions, hosted solutions, or cloud-based solutions such as software as a service, infrastructure as a service and platform as a service.
This document is a request for supply arrangements. Resulting supply arrangements are non-binding agreements between Canada and suppliers to facilitate the procurement process and are not contracts. Future requirements solicited through a supply arrangement may result in contracts, but a contract will only exist if and when a contract is awarded.
The current SLSA RFSA (EN578-100808) and existing SA’s will expire September 30, 2023.
RFSA document can be found on the following link: http://discovery.ariba.com/rfx/16043971
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/05/01.
