Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to support Defense Research and Development Canada (DRDC) – Valcartier Research Center (VRC) in the identification of new materials, including rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) and π-conjugated organic frameworks, that exhibit emission properties in the region of interest as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
