PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for rental of a site with accommodation, food services, a body of water, docks, classrooms and storage space to provide sailing nautical training, located in Montreal and Lanaudiere Region (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
