PWGSC, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada-Canadian Coast Guard, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the beaconing services including the mooring, troubleshooting and removal of 31 summer buoys on the Riviere des Prairies, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
