AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 19 August 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide all labour, transportation, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to provide the rental of various forklifts and other lifting equipment without operator on an “as and when required” basis, in accordance with the requirements detailed in this Request For Standing Offer (RFSO) for various Federal Departments and agencies located within the Ontario Region. The primary users will be the Department of National Defence and the Correctional Service of Canada locations within the Ontario Region.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/01.
