PWGSC, on behalf of Canadian Coast Guard, is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RSO) for the acquisition of bulk motor oil and 205-liter containers for Wartsila, Caterpillar, and Mak engines, for ships, including delivery, as detailed in Annex A. Policy on reciprocal procurement: Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of offers.
