AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Bid submission must be submitted by 7 October 2025 at 11:59PM EDT. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) solicits discounted, non-commissionable rates for the rental of passenger vehicles and other vehicle categories, to be included in the Car Rental Directory for Government Employees.
