AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 5 November 2025 at 2:00pm ET. All bids submitted after 2:00pm ET will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Canadian Content: The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. Offerors must complete the Canadian Content certification in the Offeror Declaration Form. If the Offeror fails to provide this completed certification as part of its offer, Canada will treat the goods offered by the Offeror as non-Canadian. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND) at the Canadian Forces Ammunition Depot (CFAD) in Dundurn, Saskatchewan has the requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of one (1) ride-on, self-propelled commercial snow removal machine with one (1) snow-blower attachment.
