Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) has a requirement for a Marine Structural Engineering Consultant to perform a Special Inspection of the facility located in Charlottetown, NL. This is a request for proposals (RFP) against the Civil Engineering Supply Arrangement (SA) EB129-192368.
