The response time deadline is 14:00 EST. Veterans Affairs Canada, on behalf of Public Services and Procurement Canada, seeks to establish a highly skilled resource pool with experience in areas including but not limited to application development, programming, testing, analysis, project management, change management, software architecture, web development, cyber security, information management, database modeling, data conversion system analysis. Only TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation and in the Atlantic Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs, are eligible to compete. The proposed period of contract shall be 2 years. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. TBIPS Method of Supply is refreshed quarterly.
