AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 13 2025 at 14:00 (2pm) EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide estimated 2500 programmable proximity access cards to the Royal Military College, Kingston ON as a means of controlling access to various buildings on campus including dining halls. Delivery should be on or before March 1, 2026. There is no security requirement.
