RFP-PSIB - W6399-23LN01 – Network Operations Support Services (NOSS)

All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by NOVEMBER 14th, 2025 at 14:00PM EST. Only the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business TBIPS SA Holders holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 at the time of bid closing, in all required resource categories in this solicitation in the National Capital Region (NCR) Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs are eligible to compete. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to provide support services for network operations and to define the Department of National Defence (DND) services requirement for specific initiatives. These resources will provide DND with the ability to sustain, maintain, and develop classified networks of interest. These networks provide DND with the ability to communicate securely while supporting domestic and expeditionary operations. It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract, for 3 years plus 2 one-year irrevocable option periods allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
