Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defense (DND) has a requirement for the supply, delivery and offloading of one (1) Mobile Loading Ramp to the 3 Canadian Division Support Base (3CDSB), Canadian Forces Base (CFB Shilo) in Manitoba.
