This Request for Information (RFI) seeks submissions from interested parties capable of providing a potential Canadian Coast Guard Dry Docking activity at the Esquimalt Graving Dock (EGD), Esquimalt British Columbia. The objective is to collect detailed Contractor interest, availability, infrastructure and personnel capability information to inform strategic planning and contracting methods for CCGS Sir John Franklin Drydocking /Refit in October 2026. Respondents are requested to provide verifiable documentation (issued within the past 24 months) to support the information provided in their submissions, where applicable. This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation.
