Description
The project scope of work is to address identified structural and waterproofing deficiencies in the Dover, Brouse, Slater and Booth buildings. These components include structural integrity and façade stability, including items such as but not limited to masonry, concrete, steel beam, and podia slab repairs. This also includes waterproofing for items such as but not limited to flashing details, membranes, and foundation drainage. The work will include both exterior and interior building foundation repairs.
This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
