W0046-260105- Advanced Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing SystemChristopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Department of National Defence, Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), has a requirement for the supply, delivery and training of an advanced handheld portable self-contained Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) system with Total Focusing Method (TFM) to detect and locate voids, cracks and laminations in various aircraft metal and composite structures. Delivery is on or before 2026/03/20 Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2025-12-05 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
