AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: “NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE NOTED RESPONSE DEADLINE TIME(PL1) , the response deadline time is 21st January, 2026 14:00 EST/EDT. This RFI is issued to gather industry feedback regarding the subject matter described herein. Itis not a bid solicitation and will not result in a contract award or the creation of a source list. Participation in this RFI does not affect eligibility for future procurement. Canada reserves the right to revise requirements or procurement approaches at any time. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) to gather industry feedback on available capabilities in the digital marketplace solution space. Canada is exploring a potential requirement for an existing digital marketplace solution that delivers best pricing or overall value for a wide range of goods and their supporting services across federal departments and agencies, and with the capacity to scale up the system to be made available to provincial, and municipal public entities (“Public Entities”).
