The purpose of this RFI is to inform industry of PSPC’s requirement for the production of envelopes and to give industry the opportunity to provide feedback on the requirement and subsequent engagement activities. Responses to this RFI will assist Canada in initiating a dialogue about the requirements and possible solutions.
