The purpose of AMD 002 is to publish Questions and Answers, to modify the bid solicitation, and extend the solicitation period until March 3, 2026. The purpose of AMD 001 is to publish Questions and Answers and to modify the bid solicitation. This Request for Proposal has the purpose of soliciting offers for the delivery of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) static and mobile printers with its associated Mobile Device Management (MDM) software, accessories, consumables and Repair and Overhaul (R&O) for the devices, and maintenance & support (M&S) for the MDM software.PERIOD OF CONTRACT The period of the contract will be for three (3) years plus two (2) one (1) year irrevocable option(s) allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract under the same terms and conditions and at the prices, rates, or both stated in the Contract.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
