Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), requires the supply, installation, and commissioning of a fully integrated fleet fuel management system to replace the existing fuel-management infrastructure at five fueling locations within Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Halifax. Delivery and installation are requested by September 2, 2026.
