The Minister of Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC) is inviting firms with architectural and engineering services (“AES”) experience to submit a proposal for the range of services to complete the design, tender call, construction administration, contract administration, post construction and warranty review, on an as needed basis, for district energy projects associated with the National Capital District Energy System (DES)
