This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes, for the listed requirements, previous solicitation of offers number E60HL-260015-A (WS5671059395, Doc5671089869) dated June 3, 2026 with a closing of June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. This Canadian Coast Guard requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 5,450,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel as follows: a total firm quantity of 4,200,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,250,000 litres. The product is required between August 23 and October 2, 2026 over six deliveries via ship to ship at several locations in the Arctic. COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS: For deliveries to* Cambridge Bay and Resolute, NU; the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement applies. * where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in". This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
