Description of Requirement:
Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of a new 300 kV Scanning/Transmission Electron Microscope system, including the training needed for full operation of the system. The delivery is to be made in Hamilton, Ontario.
The Contractor must be able to provide in-situ Transmission Electron Microscopy holders for heating and electrical biasing as optional purchases.
The Contractor must provide warranty and maintenance services for up to four additional 1-year option periods.
The delivery of the initial requirement must be completed by March 31, 2027. The installation, configuration and commissioning of the system, as well as the associated training, must be completed by March 31, 2028.
The period of the contract is from the date of contract award to March 31, 2029.
