21120-265268- Hearing Aid Services Christopher Harvey Telephone No.: (519) 671-2396Christopher.harvey@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Correctional Service Canada (CSC), under the Corrections and Conditional Release Act (CCRA), whose mandate it is to “provide every inmate with essential health care and reasonable access to nonessential health care”, to provide hearing aids and testing services to inmates as requested in a Standing Offer to institutes located with in 40km radius of the Collins Bay institute Near Kingston, Ontario. The Standing Offer is for 2 firm years and 1 option year. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted via Ariba on 2026-07-31 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
