Description
The City of Lethbridge Water Treatment Plant provides potable water for over 100,000 residents as well as industrial and regional customers. Automation programming and the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system are critical components of WTP operation. The City is seeking qualified proponents to submit proposals to complete programming and SCADA work to complete the following work:
• Migration of the WTP SCADA system from Oasys to VTSCADA
• PLC programming and HMI development for existing and new infrastructure
• On-site VTSCADA and programming support.
The proponents are invited to submit hourly fees for a 5-year service contract to complete the above noted work.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 60 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/05/10.
