Description
The City of Calgary (The City) seeking a qualified firm to provide: 1. Regular scheduled and emergency response for over head door service, inspection and repairs at The City Facilities 2. Service availability to The City Facilities to minimize disruption to ongoing LRT/Bus service. 3. Annual inspections for Code regulated fire and life safety related doors. Other business units within The City, may utilize this contract, on an as if and when required basis. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for a Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed as follows: The Agreement may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) Year each time, not to exceed a maximum of seven (7) years.
