Appliance Supply and Installation Services

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Appliance Supply and Installation Services at various Civida-managed residential properties within the City of Edmonton and area, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). Civida-managed properties are split into five (5) property zones which are subject to change from time to time. The goods and services under this RFP are required on an as-needed basis for all five (5) property zones. Civida may establish supply agreements with multiple suppliers to address requirements and mitigate operational impacts caused of supply chain disruption. Civida intends to use these supply contracts for daily operational requirements as well as redevelopment projects as required. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of Civida to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for one (1) additional term of up to twelve (12) months.
