Woodlands County - Request for Proposal - HORSE CREEK and A.N.C. ROADS OVERLAY AND REPAIRS

Consulting engineers are to provide services for the identified roadways including but not limited to: • Identify required repairs prior to asphalt overlay. • Propose solutions for all roadway issues. • Prepare tender documents with construction drawings and specifications. • Review submitted tenders. • Recommend award of the tender. • Prepare construction contracts. • Manage/Administer the project • Review and recommend contractor invoice payments. • Ensure adequate testing is conducted. • Ensure on site inspection is carried out 100% during construction work. • Prepare as built drawings. • The tendering for these two projects is to take place no later than January 14, 2023, with the physical paving project being completed by no later than September 15, 2023, with as-builts provided no later than November 30, 2023. The preliminary design is to be completed and submitted no later than December 1, 2022. The final draft is to be presented to Woodlands County no later than January 4, 2023. QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER WEDNESDAY, September 14, 2022. All questions will be answered by means of an addendum to be released to all potential bidders. There will be no time extensions for the RFP.
