Description
1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proponents who can supply and deliver janitorial paper products and dispensers as detailed in this Request for Proposal. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, three (3) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is eight (8) years.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 94 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/29.
