The Outreach Division is issuing this PQR to create the Standing Offer List of external service providers capable of delivering a range of creative services to support various communications projects of Purchasers. Creative services would include (but are not limited to) creative direction, art direction, copywriting, graphic design, marketing and communications strategy, web design, and web development.

Contract duration

The estimated contract period will be 36 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/12/01.
