This RFP is to procure efficient and effective mobile wireless Services, Products, Software and Materials to satisfy the following business objectives: • simple process for ordering and delivery of Services and Products; invoicing and payment; • comprehensive reporting capabilities; • increased self-serve options in acquiring and managing Services; • mobile wireless Services integration with M365 applications (Microsoft Teams, Intune); • effective support that meets or exceeds performance levels; • increased Products and Services options; and • obtaining best value.
