Agriculture and Irrigation - Request for Proposal - Fox Creek Kitchen Renovation

The Province is requesting Proposals for the renovation and recommissioning of the kitchen facilities at the Fox Creek Firebase, including all related construction, components, delivery and setup. The renovation will be comprised of one (1) 16’ x 30’ addition, including a 12’ x 18’ loading dock, a 16’ x 18’ storage area and one (1) 8’ x 11’ walk-in cooler and one (1) 8’ x 11’ walk-in freezer. A make-up air system is to be installed in the kitchen. A 14’ x 10’ boot room is to be installed at front entrance. Exterior deck and stair modifications will be required in order to fit the construction properly. The Kitchen Renovation is to reflect similar floor plan drawings as attached in this RFP.
