City of Calgary - Request for Proposal - Engineered Structures Condition Assessments 23-1674

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors. 2. The City of Calgary is seeking a qualified firm to perform condition assessments of The City’s transit engineered structures. The condition assessment will be of a visual, non-intrusive, and non-destructive type. General review of code and standard reviews are required. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is six (6) years.
