Wolf Creek Public Schools (henceforth referred to the Client) has retained Energy Associates Inc. as management consultant to assist in the evaluation of RFP responses and the energy retail provider (hereby referred to as “Bidder”) selection process. The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the purchase of firm, non-curtailable supply of electricity to be delivered to facilities located in Fortis service territories. As a secondary goal, The Client wishes to obtain firm and competitively priced electricity supply from a Bidder who is in good financial standing.
